Description
The cone once threaded does not need to be fixed to the piles.
Its truncated cone shape ensures a great stability and adherence on the bouchot stake.
The material of the device is shape memory, it is both flexible and very resistant to weather and tides, supporting the weight of waves and algae, it deforms during these mechanical efforts and returns to its original shape of protection.

This device is compatible with the action of the fisherwoman, as the fisherwoman pushes the cone down when collecting mussels from the stake.
The addition of the Mytilus protect cage on the cone provides maximum protection from other predators, a long lasting investment that would serve for several harvests and would not generate excessive handling time.
